Shipping & Return Policy

Welcome to PeticoLand's Shipping & Return Policy! We provide our customers with up-to-date shipping costs for every order, within the 50 US states. Mail service, shipment addresses, weight and dimensions are the basis for determining rates. We provide the option of hand pickup for local customers. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and sent out.

We understand the importance of trust in online shopping, and that's why we prioritize clear communication and reliability in our shipping process. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, provided goods still have tags attached and are in original saleable condition, within 7 days of receipt of goods. Customers must send a return request to service@peticoland.com to receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the final credit amount. No refunds will be issued.

Only return requests for defective product above normal wear and tear will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods.
