  • How do I get my items for consignment to you?
    You have 2 easy options. You can schedule an in-person appointment with one of our members in your account area (local only), or ship to our warehouse (at consignor's expense). Please click here to get started consigning.
  • What conditions should goods be in?
    Consigned good must be odor-free and spotless. Items with holes, tears, stains, missing buttons or trim, broken zippers will not be accepted. For every product, we identify one of four condition levels: New: Products that PeticoLand has sourced directly from the manufacturer. With Tags: Consignment items that still contain their original tags and/or packaging. Excellent: there are no attached tags and things are in perfect chape.   • Where do you ship to?
    You want to consign with us but there is no slots left to book an in-person appointment or you have a thigh schedule?   • Which products and brands are approved?

  • What happens after I get my items to consign to PeticoLand?
    We will provide you a list of all accepted items after we get them and examine them for final inspection. After receiving the materials, processing takes one to two weeks. After processing, out-of-season styles will be kept out of the online store until the ideal seasonality, and all current season styles will be available for purchase in our online store.   • What are the commission rates for consignments at PeticoLand?
    Consignors will receive a commission of 40% of the Net Sales price of Property sold by PeticoLand. Consignors can receive proceeds of Property as: Paypal, Venmo or store credit plus a 10% bonus of such proceeds.
  • Is online store credit appicable?
    Of course! To use your shop credit online, you need to follow these steps: 1 - Fill the cart with all items you want, then select "View Cart" when you're done shopping. 2 - Scroll down to the cart and select "Use Store Credit". 3 - You're going to access your account. 4 - Enter the desired spending amount. 5 - Press "Submit", then "Checkout". 6 - Complete any remaining fields, and you're ready to go! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any problems at all. A member of our staff will be happy to assist you manually as well!
  • What are PeticoLand's shipping options?
    We provide our customers with up-to-date shipping costs for every order, within the 50 US states.. Mail service, shipment addresses, weight and dimensions are the basis for determining rates. We provide the option of hand pickup for local customers. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and sent out.
  • Whats your return policy?
    Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, provided goods still have tags attached and are in original saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Customers must send a return request to service@peticoland.com to receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the final credit amount. No refunds will be issued.
